This bulb is amazing. I have replaced all incandescent bulbs in my house with CFLs. The light bar in my bathroom uses 6 bulbs. I did have 240 watts of lighting, now I use 42 watts and the light is better color and brighter! Additionally and unlike older technology, they are instant on. The only negative is that having been on and turned off, they will blink randomly for up to an hour. I don't understand it but it happens.
